PALMEDIA Media Transfer Demo Movie Instructions
Lee Moon 2/3/97

Run the PALMEDIA Media Transfer 2.0 HyperCard stack.
Run Slurpee on the Newton. Make sure you have more than 125K of free storage (either internally or on a card). The movie will use 95K of storage space after transfer.
Click on "Configure Settings" and choose the serial port settings that applies to your system and Slurpee's settings (running on the Newton).
Click on "Transfer Movie Directly into Newton".
Answer the dialog box asking if the Newton is connected.
Select the "LeeMorph" movie and click "OK".
Click on "All Frames" when asked whether to skip frames or not.
Enter "Morph" (or whatever soup name you'd like) when prompted for the Newton soup name.
Sit back while the movie is converted and transferred to the Newton one frame at a time.
When PALMEDIA Media Transfer is done, quit both Slurpee and HyperCard.
Run PALMEDIA Player 2.x and select the "Morph" soup. Put PALMEDIA Player in movie playback mode and tap on "Play" to start the movie.
Here's something fun: Tap and drag any frame to the side to put the frame in the clipboard. Quit PALMEDIA Player and drag the image onto an empty note in the Notepad.
Scrub out the "Morph" soup when you want to delete it from Newton storage.
